      As Base Manager I lead a team of over 100 Boeing employees supporting the Royal Air Force C-17 Fleet based at RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire. I support the C-17 Globemaster Integrated Sustainment (GI3) contract within Boeing Global Services, and manage and shape relationships with the RAF as the on-site Program Manager through the C-17 International Field Services Team. I lead a multi-discipline team who are responsible for supporting daily C-17 sortie generation for the RAF through scheduling, documentation, field engineering & technical support activities, base and line maintenance, support equipment maintenance and supply support.I am also the Accountable Manager for our Mil-145 Approved Maintenance Organization within the Military Aviation Authority (MAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) construct. I am also held responsible to meet US Government Ground and Flight regulation requirements. Providing on-site resolution of complex operational problems, engineering troubleshooting and repair guidance.Universal Product Review qualified (qualified in Charleston in July 13) in Boeing repair processes for military and civilian aircraft. Awarded Delegated Engineering Authority certification for Structural Systems and Mechanical -Support Equipment for the C-17. This authority derives from the USAF through the C‐17 Global Support Program and I am the only UK Citizen to hold this authority. This authority extends to all C‐17s in the global fleet.
