  Following the identification of a new market for Global CRS I was tasked with additional responsibility of running and maintaining the CRS drying and screening plants to ensure achievement target production • Responsible for day to day operational and maintenance aspects of the two plants. Supervised an initial team of 52 staff and ensured achievement of production, quality and safety targets.• Leveraged presence on the floor to continuously monitor the quality of the work and production efficiency and developed necessary corrective actions to remedy deficiencies. Developed and ensured the respect of SOPs, enforced plant safety regulations and housekeeping practices.• Monitored process controls and laboratory analyses to safe-guard product quality. Reduced dust in product from initial 17% to 12% to achieve customer specifications. • Designed operator log sheets and template for recording daily production, quality and plant performance data.
