  I was the founder of this medium sized general contracting company under the name Jannon Homes LLC, and in 2011 added a partner changing the name to VP Euro Quality Homes. Then in 2012 brought in a different partner and changed the name again to DVP Professional Builders. Holding both a B Residential General Contractor's license as well as a B1 Commercial General Contractor's license, for which I was the qualifying party. We did design-build, new construction and tenant improvements across a broad spectrum of project types. These projects included offices, urgent cares, grocery stores, car washes, retail, restaurants, warehouse, strip centers, home additions and much more. The business was successful and growing, but my business partner and I were going in different directions and went our separate ways. This company was dissolved. Show less

We have a great core group of quality subcontractors, architects and engineers that we work with regularly and we would be happy to work with business owners or developers on the construction and design of all project types.   Teamed up with MIC, a Taiwan based company who is here working with TSMC (Taiwan Semi-Conductor Manufacturing Corporation) on the large semi-conductor project in north Phoenix, as well as a few other industrial projects. I am the qualifying party for the general contractor's license for Marketech International Corp. USA (MICU) and am working on the project as a senior project manager while servicing existing clients with Bespoke Builders as well.
