      Assisted the S2 in all intelligence and security requirements for the Army’s only national training center overseas. Revised and implemented the command’s foreign disclosure program and oversaw the execution of the military personnel exchange program. Managed 16 assistant foreign disclosure advisors allowing for free and proper flow of information during multinational exercises with and excess of 4500 personnel and up to 12 different countries at a time. Developed the training program to promote proper foreign disclosure and briefed over 1000 military, civilian, and contract personnel and legally sound procedures of disclosure. Implemented SENTRY National Disclosure Policy-1 guidance into information briefings held for multinational audiences of over 4500 exercise participants per month per average. Introduced SENTRY database at the JMRC level to expedite disclosure decisions while working directly with information stake holders to coordinate allied information sharing.
