  Working Division:Worked as a Process Engineer for conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering packages associated with the design of gas wellheads, gas compression stations, gas plants, and petrochemical plants. Team Lead:• Led a team of four process engineers, 02 mechanical engineers, E&I engineers, and cad designers to deliver FEED and Detailed Engineering for MPCL’s GTH Gas Processing Facility and Sonangol Early Production Facility (EPF).• Developed process scheme for early production facility for oil and gas wellheads, amine sweetening unit, gas dehydration unit, gas compression networks, etc.• Reviewed and developed PFDs, HMB, and P&IDs.• Developed/simulated steady-state simulation for amine treating unit by using Pro Max.• Carryout depressurization studies, flare load estimation, and flare system design• Performed consequence modeling and dispersion calculation for the toxic and flammable released gas from the vent and performed the heat radiation study for the flare.• Developed Fire Protection Philosophy.
