  38 development teams have transitioned successfully to agile, and I had the fortune of coaching about 50 scrum masters and 75 product owners, and helped to create data-driven metrics to drive improvements. I've greatly enjoyed leading communities of practice for developers, scrum masters, and product owners, and scaling enterprise agile adoption across the Department of Economic Security. Product owner surveys have stated that 80% of teams reported quicker feedback, responding to change. Product owner satisfaction was rated a 4.7 out of 5, which shows the outstanding performance of the teams and their willingness to flex to their own agile process and meet the product owner's needs.
