      Field-based position, responsible to manage HSE processes through management of contractor workforce, and safely execute multiyear capital projects in simultaneous operations work environment.

Development of a strategic framework to implement best practices of fatality prevention and other human performance influenced tools. Rotational (28/28) assignment. Provides leadership on driving continuous improvement in the area of Managing Safe Work (MSW) for all operated Refineries and Downstream and Chemicals (DS&C) companies and, closely align with the current DS&C Fatality Prevention efforts to help drive best practices, systematic application of essentials safeguards and, development of supporting materials and other MSW / Human Performance-influenced tools. Field based and rotational (28/28) position, responsible to design, develop and implement project specific HSE plans and procedures to safely execute seismic acquisition projects worldwide (e.g., Gulf of Mexico, Indonesia, Iraq, etc.) Office based position, responsible to design, improve and deploy specific HSE processes and procedures for all fuel supply organization, and fill the role of HSE advisor for small capital projects worldwide. Field-based position, responsible to manage and improve HSE operations and safety management systems for eight (own and joint operations) of fuel supply and storage operations in the Caribbean. A 24/7 operation, 8 countries, 85 CVX employees and 100 contractors - pipeline, marine, truck and aviation fuel operations with a 300k BBL per month throughput. Field-based position, responsible to manage HSE routine operation, management system and development and execution of capital project HSE plans. A 24/7 operation, 80k BBL throughput per month with 25 direct employees and 5 contractors
