  Promoted to the head office of the French subsidiary as a Medical Manager with the aim to take the big picture.Externally, I represent the affiliate’s medical voice of expertise for assigned product and the relevant therapeutic area.Internally my field experience is useful to take the right decisions, I provide medical input into Medical Affairs strategies for the affiliate medical department and the brand plan.I am asked to build a cross functional team (7 people) and networks with diverse skills to co create a vision that resonates throughout the organization.Our common goal => From a single word "AUTONOMY" to implement our ambition in Neurosciences by co-creating a simple, inspiring and compelling vision.The strength of this paradigm lies in the aspiration of patients to maintain their autonomy.
