  Student Researcher

  A thesis study supported by TÜBİTAK 1003 "Development of Enzymes of Industrial Production for the Bakery Products Sector in Economic Production / UN-EN) was successfully completed. During the thesis study: -Xylanase enzyme was produced by solid culture fermentation method. -The production process has been optimized and validated. - Enzyme activity was calculated and evaluated.

  As ARDEB and BİDEB Scholars, - PCR,gel electrophoresis, DNA isolation, Genotyping, sequence analysis, cloning - Protein production, protein analysis such as BCA, Western Blot, SDS PAGE, ELISA - Mammalian Cell Culture Applications (primary culture, passage, freezing, thawing etc.) - In vitro, in vivo toxicology trials in Model Organism, MTT, cck8, Caspase3 staining etc. - Confocal, Flourescence and stereo microscopes are actively used.
