      It was my first job where I was leading the branding and Marketing of VIVO in Multan, and I am proud to say that I was the part of launching team at Pakistan. It was B2C sales and marketing in retail Segment. Achievements: First marketing member to launch the brand in Multan, Convincing 5 retailers to make Vivo image shops, marketing the technical specifications in the product.

      I was responsible for selling service solutions including service plans, fixed pricing repairs, overhauls, etc. to customers in assigned area Southern Punjab and Lahore. As a vision, we not only sales just the spare parts of machines but provide a solution that can ensure the reliability, efficiency, no breakdowns, robust supply chain and low cost to client for one complete year. Atlas Copco is the leader when comes to Air Compressors in Pakistan, so there were a lot of lost customers, and adding those clients under the umbrella of our family along with retaining the current accounts as our partners was the key demand of this position. I tried to add value that customer would not suffer, and make myself as an easy to approach and trustworthy individual for providing the solutions through a fixed policy and a design thinking approach as abiding the value of my organization. I served the Textile, Fertilizers, Plastic and Polymers, FMCG, Warehousing, Processing, Cement, Automotive, Oil and Gas and Power Plants segment based clients in this tenure. The products range were Lubricant Oil, Filters, Services sales like overhaulings, Condition based monitoring equipment, Separators, Optimizers for energy efficiency in air compressor segment of Atlas Copco portfolio. Achievements: My greatest achievement was that I identified some key loopholes in structure & making of strategies to bring back lost clients. Show less This role was very close to my heart because it made me a hard person, and I realized the practical world for the first time. It was totally an operations leading, human management and technical job. Listening the issues of clients, evaluating them technically, negotiating it commercially, prioritizing the project and its time frame, then arranging the budget, checking the tools and aligning the teams to the customer site or in‐house activity, getting feedbacks, satisfying the clients, updating the concern departments about the needs based upon our interaction and invoicing the services business was a complete chain that used to follow.
