      Designed and established change management infrastructure for an organisation with in excess of 22,000 staff, including a policy and framework, while aligning corporate change partners and assessing the change health of key programs and projects.Undertook recruitment and on boarding of senior change management roles for the corporate business units and 18 key program areas of the department while establishing an ongoing change management training program. Change Lead for a $200 million program, providing planning advice, coordination of communication and training team resources and strategic support for the Going Home Staying Home Program. The program was an extremely politically-sensitive initiative of the NSW Specialist Homelessness Service Reform which involved over 2,200 stakeholders and reporting to two state government ministers. I also absorbed the role of Program Manager from July-December 2014. Responsible for development of an Enterprise View of Change and mapping of all change stakeholders to establish and confirm the change capacity and capabilities of an organisation of 20,000 staff.Initiator and chair of a Change Management Council bringing together key change managers from across the department as a consultative body on business change issues and practices.
