      * Liaise between Stream/ Convergys Egypt and the local labor and Social Insurance authorities.* Prepares and follows up the on time delivery of required forms by the social insurance authority and labor office: forms (1, 2 & 6) for new hires and resigned, retired or terminated employees. Follows up the employees’ contract preparation and all new hires personnel documents.** Follows up the maintaining of employees personal files, regular updating and ensures that all documents are properly kept (employment contracts, work permits, military status certificates, hiring documents, social insurance forms, salary progression records, etc).* Investigates and solves employees problems related to Social Insurance issues. Insures the accurate match of employee headcount at company records and social insurance authorities.* Generates external & internal required reports required by company of labor authorities.* Facilitates and follows up on work permits for non Egyptian employees within the boundaries of the local labor law* Coordinate the 5% manpower disabled hiring obligated by the labor law * * Administers the company medical insurance program in coordination with the contracted medical care provider, including doctor letters, settlements, adding/removing employees from the scheme, etc. *Administers company vacation balance records & end of employment vacation sell off.*Calculates overtime for entitled employees according to the company & labor law regulations. *Prepare the monthly payroll effects sheet. * Updates the headcount movement, if any. *Implement the internal and penalties regulations. *Informs concerned departments with new hires, resignations and any change of status . *Prepare employees letters, certificates, etc. that has to be approved by HR Manager or local authorities.
