  Fleet: Embraer ERJ 190-100/200•Preparation of short, medium and long term plans for maintenance activities.•Scheduling & preparation of work packages for maintenance checks i.a.w. the Aircraft approved Maintenance Program and components, engines, landing gears and LLPs removals plans.•Providing the material\tool list (where applicable) to Technical Purchase and Store Staff for procurement and physical check.•Work packages CAMO acceptance after maintenance checks.•Work packages registration, including: -Non-Routine cards recording; -Components removal/installation; -Deferred items and new limitations management; -Aircraft Configuration Control check and eventual problem managing; -Next due status check; -Creation of a digital copy on SAP database.•Monitoring the aircraft flight activity entries into SAP for aircraft, engines, APUs and components FH/FC accumulation.•Components, engines, landing gears and LLPs phase in and EO, SB, AD and task application.•Preparation and registration of Work Orders for the repair/overhaul of unserviceable components, ensuring the fulfillment of the maintenance program requirements.•Technical Records procedure digitalization.•Technical Representative: -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via eTrack and ETD's requests; -Materials tracking, ensuring the availability of the components or their timely delivery; -Dent & Buckle items, limitations and deferrals tracking; -Solve complex issues with higher-tier technical support teams; -Manhours & material costs approvals.
