Spent two and a half years in classes directed towards Electrical Engineering and switched major to Spanish. After degree was finished, I was a class away from a minor in math, a class away from a minor in physics and a class away from a minor in religious studies. I graduated Cum Laude, receiving the 2004 Award for Excellence in Foreign Languages/Spanish from SIUE.

Was responsible for and supervised the administration of academic, flight, and ground training of Flight personnel. Monitored positional manning levels, projects losses, and obtained qualified replacements. Administered mentorship, performance reports and feedback to Flight members. Maintained combat mission readiness status for worldwide deployment and home station North American Aerospace Defense Command commitments as an E-3 IECO, instructing the detection, identifying, locating, communicating, and logging Electronic Intelligence (ELINT). Managed and directed continuation and upgrade training for 161 U.S. and Canadian aircrew members in 16 E-3 specialties. Prepared two deployed crews for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and four crew members for MC-12 taskings. Mentored Squadron Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year award winner. Provided Electronic Intelligence to 88 United States, Australian, Canadian, and Japanese aircraft during Guam exercise Cope North. Managed training for 42 aviators, supporting seven major military exercises and the execution of $19.8 million flying hours program. Deployed as the primary ECO for Guam exercise Valiant Shield, providing Electronic Intelligence and command and control for 300 aircraft. Supervised the scheduling of training, performance reports, and awards for the largest flight in the squadron, $3.4 million flying training for three crew positions. Chosen for weapons and tactics inspection team, analyzing the Group’s seven weapons and tactics shops, identifying 20 critical discrepancies and preparing the Group for a Unit Compliance Inspection. Provided command and control for over 18 USAF and joint military platforms during a Joint Expeditionary Force Experiment. Trained 20 AWOs on mission planning operations, improving the tactical control planning process. Controlled 79 aircraft during Weapons School Integration Phase, enhancing the integration among 21 USAF weapons systems.
