  Within my profession, my role is to manage and maintain relationships with clients, understand their investment goals and provide tailored investment advice and solutions. This function serves as an extension of my primary role as a credit relationship manager. As an account manager specified in mortgages I am the key contact for all potential clients in terms of mortgage, as well as the project manager for loan approval. Since my first year in this role, the approved mortgage rate on a yearly base has increased exponentially, creating a better business development for the whole agency.
