      Day to day plant maintenance.1. Removal; Reconditioning and installing of the following Rotating Equipment. Pumps: Centrifugal and Reciprocating, Gearboxes, Fans, Bearing Boxes2. Performing Alignment: Single dial gauge and laser method3. Removal and install of valves (Gate, globe, check, butterfly, psv’s) and compressor valves. 4. Basic rigging up to 5 ton.5. Provide technical data to the foreman.6. Removal, cleaning and repair and installation of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps.7. Laser alignment of pumps, gearboxes, compressors and v-belts.8. Repairs to heat exchangers.9. Repairs to cooling fans. Replace belts; replace bearings and do alignment on the fan.10. Spading off of static equipment for maintenance.11. Assisting instrumentation personnel with removal of control valves, and reinstating them again.12. Do oil checks on pumps, compressors.13. Do vibration checks on pumps and compressors, electrical motors, cooling fans.14. Monitoring the health of equipment through means of pressor gauges as well as by monitoring the temperatures.15. Signing of permits to carry work out.16. Pressure testing of valves, pumps and pipe works.17. Training of leaners during their plant training.18. Maintaining a safe working environment to work.19.
