  When I worked at Impact Communication as a sales representative, I did a lot of customer services such as teaching the customers how to use their phones, explaining how their phone plan work and solving some problems on their phone bills. However, my major works are introducing phones to cutomers which are best fit for them, and help them upgrade their phone plan, or open wireless and wireline accounts. I was usually the top 3 sales at that time.
