      Started at Imagination Station as a volunteer, then saw an opportunity to help them develop a business plan as they were a new organisation. Over the five months I was able to achieve:- Facilitated a strategic planning evening with all the employees/volunteers which ranged from 14 year olds to the older members of the station. Using the SWOT analysis was able to get a range of ideas of the current status of the station and future direction. - Took control of the Social Media management/promotion to increase engagement with followers. Creating appropriate media, videos, competitions, interacting with visitors.- Competitive analysis of similar ventures in the Christchurch area.- Created a customer survey to gather data for future planning, funding applications and general running of the station. - Ran a successful competition that improved the number of social media followers and engagement at the Centre.- Created an overall Business plan for Imagination Station.
