Prepared Target Protein HE4 via Protein Homology Modelling using BLAST and SWISS Model for Structure Prediction and Potential Active Site Identification. Custom-built a Virtual Library of about 16850 Chemical Compounds for Evaluation of Potential Drug Candidacy via High Throughput Virtual Screening Experiments. Show less
