      Initially worked as an operational trainer facilitating courses to the retail network in Manual Handling, Customer Service, Company Culture & Values, New Initiatives, Cross-Selling & Up-Selling, and Presentation Skills.Promoted to Learning & Development Manager for the Company to cover maternity leave. Role involves managing the L&D function and budget. Also, design and deliver many courses which include general business, sales and management course as well as operational and legislative training. Project Manager and co-facilitator for the Ladbrokes DIT Diploma in Marketplace Management, both in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.Project Manager and Co-Ordinator for introduction of Health & Safety training across the organisation.Manage the elearning system for approx. 2000 employees nationwide.       As an extra curricular subject, the Longford VEC introduced music to 1st and 2nd year students to prevent poor attendance. I taught 40 students how to play the bodhran, and taught them Irish songs and ballads. The project was a success and is still running.
