Roles includes: o Well developed financial skills, part of a team of three responsible for MICE sales turnover in excess of £2 million. Approx growth 7% year on year. o Responsible for conversion of inbound sales enquiries. Ensure detailed customer profiling, budget requirements and combine with effective diary utilisation to ensure maximum revenue from available space. Enquiries are responded to within a maximum of 4 hours and a chase system is operated dependent on client requirements and space availability. o Responsible for identifying and developing sales leads and contributing to the overall sales department customer acquisition strategy.
