  I worked as a landscaper for the Summer between my Junior and Senior year of highschool. We did irrigation jobs, flower bed jobs, plant and tree removal, lawn care, and putting in sod. I started with a good amount of knowledge about landscaping and within a month was a crew leader.

  I work as a mechanic part time during the Summer and have been since graduating highschool. I mostly do tire changes, brake and rotor changes, AC jobs, new belts, and alternator jobs. I have helped in a few transmissions, engines, full suspension jobs, and a few other jobs that aren’t as common.

  During my shift time I made sure we had everyone showing up, enough food for the shift, keeping the shop clean, and helping everything run smoothly. I would take deliveries, run the register, clean dishes, help run the drive-thru, and help make sandwiches.

  The main part of my job is greeting the members and starting small talk. I help keep the golf side of things running smoothly by making sure all carts are taken care of and clean before use and that theybare plugged up to charge at the end of the night. I also help maintain organization of over 300 golf bags.

  As an Office Engineer for USACE, I work with project managers, design team, quality assurance representatives, and contractors to efficiently execute government contracts. I also serve as a Contracting Officer’s Representative and Billing Official for our office.
