  Internship with the Municipal Division developing maps and inventories for blighted and dilapidated properties throughout Allegheny County that would in return secure federal or state funding for demolition and redevelopment. Worked with 137 different municipalities to bring awareness to Council of Government, County, State level governments.

  Spring semester internship at the Indiana County Office of Planning and Development as Student Planner in Cohort 32. Finished collecting field data for the Blighted Properties Inventory pilot program to transition the pilot program into a position to be completed. Internship was suspended, then cancelled due to COVID-19 University closure. Fall semester internship at the Indiana County Office of Planning and Development as Lead Student Planner in Cohort 31. Lead Student Planner role consisted of leading other Student Planners in office tasks and project meetings. Continued collecting data for the Blighted Properties Inventory pilot program as well as assisting the full-time planners with everyday work tasks.

  Served as the Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer for Etna Borough. Conducted inspections in accordance with the International Property Maintenance Code as well as coordinated with the Borough's third party building code inspection agency.

  Planning and development specialist

  Managed new and ongoing residential and commercial land development projects within Cranberry Township to assure sustainable development in accordance with the Township Code and Comprehensive Plan. Responsible for preparing meeting documentation such as public hearing testimonies, exhibit lists, and resolutions for the Township Planning Advisory Commission and Board of Supervisors on a monthly basis. In addition, duties consisted of coordinating with other Township Departments to complete Township projects ranging from infrastructure and roadway improvements to the addition of pedestrian amenities in Township parks.
