      Due to my excellent performance as a reporter, I was selected to work as one of the radio's News Editor in the following year. This position, in addition to presenting a daily radio news program, also required editing all the content produced by the team, as well as tutoring the new reporters.By offering me the opportunity to lead diverse people in an environment of high demand and attention to detail, this experience was essential in shaping my leadership style, especially in relation to offering a sense of belonging, delegating tasks, managing time, and giving feedback. I also engaged in live reporting on Election's Day, which led me to sharing significant stories related to local democracy, from infractions that occurred in polling stations, to the moment when the main candidates cast their votes.As a reporter, I also had the opportunity to denounce the precarious conditions of local prisons, and I was able to talk firsthand with female inmates who were selected to participate in a project that offered work inside a penitentiary - a type of initiative still uncommon in the Brazilian scenario. She also developed a more streamlined process flow for the creation of landing pages in Latin America, essentially ensuring content production with purpose (thus avoiding producing content without purpose). This involved multiple process documents, templates and forms as she collaborated across departments and regions to navigate the complex ecosystem and provided training to all stakeholders.
