I led the team with a focus on training, support, and growth, ultimately achieving an increase in portfolio profitability through strategic decision-making and effective leadership. I began my property management career at Ray White. I started out working in a task-based team where I was able to learn each aspect of property management thoroughly. I then moved into a portfolio with an assistant, where I managed 220 properties end-to-end. The main portion of my role was landlord communication, dispute resolution and general overseeing of the portfolio.
