  This was my introduction to the world of Direct Sales, more often frowned upon as Multi-Level Marketing due to the way that some structures of compensation plans were put together with some of the original players in the industry. I learned that there are many companies that have compensation plans that are built to provide residual long lasting income from the acquiring of customers who used their legitimate products that were proven by science. While I was at this company I learned about building teams and managing them. I learned about strategies of acquiring customers for little expense. I then would build my team the most efficiently so that the whole team would get the highest payoff. I would do this my placing the most efficient teams together without slowing them down and then adding my expertise to the ones who were struggling, all to result in success across the board for my team. I learned the importance of how a product with the right culture can make a company and I also learned that corporate cannibalism can at times break a company. I learned about each individual on my team and practiced to deliver incentives that would inspire and motivate them. I fell in love with the concept of residual income here.   My day consists of taking customers in and discussing their issue. Then I approach each encounter with a unique solution tailored to their specific needs. This can't happen without building rapport and asking the correct questions and listening with empathy. I need to keep my customers needs in mind, deliver an excellent experience to make up for any bad experience they previously had with the company, and also keep the company's needs in mind. I always aim to please and also aim to profit. I want to sell the value of what the customer is getting without mentioning the price. If they are stuck on price, then I can pivot and do what's needed deliver what's right for the customer. I need to increase Monthly Recurring Charges while adding five lines of business (High Speed Internet, Cable Television, VOIP Landline Phones, Home Security, Mobile Phones). When the customer leaves it's imperative that the experience they received is bar to none so that my feedback score does not hurt my ranking in the region. I love being a part of something special and providing homes with internet during the pandemic when they needed it most was important to me. I also enjoy the Comcast Cares program which was paramount in helping the victims of the Paradise Fires in California. Show less
