  At Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd, I supervise all financial operations of the Abbott Molecular Diagnostics and develop plans to ensure smooth transition of business model from distributor managed to become part of Abbott 100% subsidiary. As a Financial Controller, I plan, develop, and deploy IT system and set up warehouse to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, I oversee all activities related management of inventory and receivables while focusing on keeping accuracy.Some of my key contributions are as follow:☛ Reviewed and adjusted the pricing structure that will be negotiated with the customer, also conducted in-depth analysis to evaluate and assess customer deal.☛ Planned, devised, and implemented policies and procedure in accordance with Abbott Financial Policy as well as defined standard operating procedures to guarantee seamless work.☛ Adopted best practices and procedures to ensure effective management of P&L functions. Show less During this tenure, I delivered expert services as a trusted partner to general manager/country manager and successfully developed plan to drive sustainable business growth in India. Leveraging my key expertise, I executed financial accounting, forecasting, and budgeting functions as well as reported work progress directly to senior management. Besides planning and management, I implemented strategies around profitable segments of the customer base through segmentation. Furthermore, I examined variation and took action on a monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly basis. I attended monthly CMR call with the Asia Pac team to share updates related to actual financial performance against plan and opportunities related to business plans.
