  Since its inception in 1964, only a small fraction of those who have worked at the White House have been honored as recipients of the Presidential Service Badge. These recipients are considered the top 1% of the 1% of their respective branches of service. They are awarded the PSB for exemplary service to the office of the President. Those so honored are the only ones allowed to wear the Presidential Seal or "Coat of Arms" on their military dress or on their civilian clothes. There are only two exceptions: Uniformed members of the U.S.Secret Service and the President himself. Despite this high honor, the Presidential Service Badge is all but unknown to the general public.As you can imagine, those who have received the Presidential Service Badge are responsible for countless acts of heroism gone unseen. The public has had a chance to witness the events of history through the media. These recipients were actually "in the room" when history happened.From places big and small, they served the President with a singular purpose: to achieve their "no-fail" mission each day. Their humility is refreshing as each day pushed them to do even better the next. Designed and coordinated IT infrastructure and applications to support both a new manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and a new corporate office in Anderson, IN. Lead corporate wide EHS and Organizational Development departments. Oversaw implementation of new HRMS systems, from design phase through post implementation support. Reduced the monthly expense of legacy system, while adding real time reporting capabilities to new system in order for management to have better visibility into things like overtime costs, turnover and expenses. Lead Production, Quality, Engineering and IT departments. Worked with a team of dedicated Managers, Engineers and associates to drive increased operational efficiencies, quality improvements and cost reductions. Lead new model activities and controlled various investment and expense budgets. Transferred to Corporate Office in Fishers, IN Designed, Coordinated and built IT infrastructure and programs to support a new 125,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and office. Hired and developed a top notch team of IT professionals to support office users, equipment and manufacturing technology / reporting. Promoted to Senior Manager of Manufacturing. Developed custom software for data collection and validation to improve and maintain the outstanding quality and low costs that KCST is known for. Also, lead a team of IT professionals that included Network, Database, and ERP System Administrators. As well as programmers and PC Techs. Responsible for budget control, as well. Promoted to Manager and transferred to KMM (Keihin Michigan Manufacturing)
