      Clinical: Responsible for identifying, preventing, and/or resolving medication related problems, educating healthcare professionals (presentations and talks) and patients (counseling). Interpret medication orders to ensure safety and proper use of medications and is alert to compatibilities, incompatibilities, medication duplication, medication allergies, and potential medication administration errors. Coordinate the solving of medication related problems between pharmacy, nursing, and prescribers, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment. Contacting suppliers and comparing quotations. Issuing POs and posting product receipt and invoicing. Keeping track of inventory, budget and forecast.Quality: Write up the policies and procedures. Create a workflow to be implemented at AMNM within the pharmacy, with other departments and with patients. Adhering to MOPH rules and regulations.Licensing and Regulatory: Building up and Starting up the pharmacy (in-patient and out-patient) and succeeding in getting it licensed by MOPH.
