      • Orchestrates and supervises bond financings with oversight from Finance Director under the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF), the Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF), the Water Revenue Bond Program (WRBP), and the Small Hydropower Loan Program (SHLP). Supervises activity of bond counsel, financial advisor, underwriters, general counsel, and borrowers and coordinates activities of bond insurers and rating agencies.• Designed and Built the website www.CWRPDA.com.• Assists the Finance Director with the investment of all Authority funds, including investments in trusteed accounts for the WPCRF, SWRP Program, the DWRF, the WRBP, and the Authority's escrowed and cash funds. • Conducts and supervises compliance with bond resolutions, bond insurer agreements and policies, rating agency and programmatic requirements, annual arbitrage rebate calculations and payments (to the IRS), and compliance with continuing disclosure requirements (as required by the SEC).• Conducts and supervises the review of loan applications for the WPCRF and DWRF, and borrower credit report preparation for the SHLP and the WRBP.       Every few months the Rocky Mountain Chapter of AESP hosts an informal gathering of its local members and interested energy industry professionals that provide our colleagues an opportunity to network, socialize and participate in short discussions on topical energy issues. Chapter events are attended by a wide range of energy professionals: public officials from local government, staff from large and small utilities, energy consultants, employees from local, national laboratories (e.g., NREL, NOAA, NCAR), educators, and students, as well as staff from non-profit organizations and environmental groups.
