Designed 3 responsive web & 8 native iOS/Android mobile apps tackling challenges in partnership with the business (HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing). • Applied the Human Center Design (HCD) & Design Thinking mindset & methods to understand, empathize & identify user & business needs, driving product definition, strategy & end-to-end experience design in an Agile/Scrum environment with a multidisciplinary global team• Redesigned an RFID-based asset management system (30+ locations + $260M+ assets & ~125k transactions annually). The iOS-based mobile app integrated with SAP, was rapidly adopted and login times were reduced by 64%, RFID scanner setup times dropped by 70%, movement workflows shortened by 60%, and we eliminated tag maintenance and redundant receive tasks through automation. • Redesigned a master data request workflow that would reduce time-sapping duplicate requests by ~80%, in addition to 15+ other productivity enhancements.
