  Principal accountabilities:Credit & Compliance including:- daily monitoring or internal and external credit limits. Review and reporting of credit limit breaches and external credit rating changes to the senior management;- assisting in the process of setting up new counter-parties including update of the existing ones, especially from the credit risk side;- assisting Credit & Risk Manager in the annual bank review including review of banks, their external ratings, credit limits and entity names to ensure data quality and correctness;- managing standard treasury policy adoption process for whole Shell Group;- requesting Legal Entity Identifiers for companies and monitoring their expiration;- execute treasury control self-assessment process and report results to senior Management;- manage and maintain static data updates, master files and mapping tables within the credit risk management system.Bank guarantees management including:- coordination of bank guarantees and surety bonds issuance process;- assisting in bank guarantees cancellation process;- managing claim request;- reconciling bank guarantees invoices from the banks and submitting them for processing;- assisting stakeholders in all bank guarantee related queries in a timely manner;- prepare monthly metrics and quarterly reporting;- provide technical and process knowledge support to bank guarantee requestors;- monitoring of open corporate guarantee requests and working with stakeholders towards their completion. Show less Principal accountabilities:- timely and accurate processing of invoices including taking ownership and initiative until transaction is successfully and accurately processed;- thoroughly check of own and team members work prior to completion of posting to avoid unnecessary corrections;- e-mailing/mailing out billing invoices;- reconciling and balancing monthly Group transactions;- preparing monthly account analysis for each customer's account;- work with various Shell partners to identify and develop necessary procedures that would enable the timely recording and balancing of transactions;- match cash against open invoices;- support SOX documentation maintenance;- answer stakeholders requests for information;- carry out tasks coordination for the team and act as team leader support upon request.
