I have delivered these speeches in person as well as virtually. Drawing from my extensive experience in public speaking, I have also developed two highly effective communication courses.A significant portion of my messages have revolved around personal growth, covering various themes such as self-discovery, optimism, making choices, fostering trust, and expressing gratitude. To assess the instructors' performance, I utilized surveys, assessments, and feedback from the students. By conducting needs analysis, I determined the specific areas where training was required. Additionally, I developed and taught courses to over 300 adult learners.This position provided me with a valuable chance to apply my expertise in instructional design, teaching, and communication. I had the privilege of enhancing the capabilities of the educators I collaborated with, thereby enriching the learning journey for our students.I had the opportunity to teach various courses in this role, including New and Old Testament Survey, Pauline Epistles, Communication, Introduction to Preaching, and Biblical Relationships.
