      From January 2005 through February 2011, my work focused on the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program which included:(1) An online Spouse Career Center and Counseling Call Center; (2) The MyCAA Scholarship Program which provides $4K to eligible spouses; and (3) the MSEP Program which connects Fortune 500 Plus employers (approx 211 active partners) to tens of thousands of military spouses who are seeking portable careers around the world.
