      CAD-CFD Aero/Thermal EngineerFull vehicle underhood and underbody pre process FEA models for CFD Thermal protection studies to accomplish scorecards according to multiple milestones on consecuent stages of each vehicle analysed from design and evaluation of the programs to the production model. An analysis based on component-level for the simulation was accomplished by applying different types of surface and volume meshing according to the material, size and relevance of the components analysed. Fixes on CAD models were made according to the importance of the components and to reduce divergence on the solvers.Planification and coordination for full-vehicle pre processed FEA models deliveries.Commonized the arrange of naming parts according to each system of the vehicle to help the organisation and reach an easier process.CAD models array according to the different powertrains and common parts to reduce time consumption.CAD Checks coordination with different areas to improve the CAD fixes on the components to avoid clashes between them having the problem being solved from the root cause.Internal process documents published as a Center of Competence to establish a step-by-step for different processes. 1. Fan characterization for CFD simulations: study improved to aid the reliability of a previous document involving aerodynamics concepts applied on a mechanical and/or electric fan as an input for the Cooling Airflow Simulations. 2.
