      In this role, I am in charge of all of automotive division P&L and leading sales, marketing to focus on China market 46 auto OEM include MNC and local OEM. We provide design products, power train, attachetment and Structures & Composites to OEM and tier one supplier. Total team has 30 sales engineer and four marketing analysts.       In this period, I am in charge of all of OEM sales of Timken China( include HK and Taiwan) and customer services department as well. Two General sales managers, two account sales managers (Taiwan) and CSR manager report to me. Total team member are 78 people. The business size are 130M$ for 2010 and 150M$ for 2011. 2012 OE Sales are 160 M$. This year sales forecast is 165M$. The target customer includes Heavy truck, Automotive, rail, mining, off highway, steel,heavy industry and wind energy etc. The main job is setting sales strategy and leading team to spec in Timken bearing in OEM side and work with global team to serve global account which has located in China market. On the other hand, I also led team to establish distributor/project dealer process to fit China market need. We developed more 150 distributors/project dealers to serve different industry customer in national (include HK&TW).Main customer list:Metallurgical industry: Shanghai Bao steel, AnShan steel, Maanshan steel, Handan steel, capital steel,Baotou steel etc steel production group. It is also include steel equipment manufacture such as China first heavy, China second heavy, Shanghai heavy, Danieli,SMTS, SMS, etc. Wind energy: Gold wind, CASC, Nanjing high speed, Hansoen, GE, Sinavel,ChongQing gear etc. Commercial vehicle: FAW,Dongfeng auto group, China first auto, Volvo,etc Heavy industry: Siemens VAI,Gross,Tianjing Cement, CITIC heavy, SHMP, DongFang Boiler, Shanghai Boiler etc,Off highway and rail : SanY group, Xugong group, long gong group, Liugong group, Bosch Rexroth,JoY, North Hauler,CAT, Taiyuan Heavy, Zhangjiakou mining, North China rail, south China rail, etc. Show less In this role, I am in charge of all of the company demand/ forecast, customer services, WGQ bonded warehouse, sales training and Mobile industry special project. Etc. The main tasks are to set up company operation process and work with global people to launch SAP in China. Meanwhile, I am as head of Asia to leading separate Needle roll bearing business to JTEKT. This project was successfully complete by year end of 2009. Responsibilities :--To establish total company sales demand /forecast process.--To reduce total company inventory level.--To set up order management process.--To lead team to launch SAP system in China--To lead separate Needle roll bearing business to JTEKT. Achievement :--Established company sales demand and forecast process and increased monthly sales forecast accuracy from 70% to 95 %.---Completed order management policy especially for down payment policy . increased order facticity.--Solved most of allocated unshipped order. The inventory reduced $15M in 2009. --Successfully separated needle roll bearing business to JeKet by year end.
