  Working within the newly formed Digital Management Education Group, responsible for managing the implementation of all identified digital education projects and working across SoM to ensure goals of the digital strategy are met. - Managing a range of existing and new digital education projects ensuring they are delivered on time with outcomes that provide the functionality required by SoM- Developing a network of SoM colleagues who have the required skills to support digital programmes and technologies- Working closely with university colleagues to track progress of the platform migration- Consulting with Executive Client Directors on the use of appropriate technology within customised programmes to achieve an excellent outcome for the clients- Managing competitor analysis research- Active member of university project teams working on the implementation of digital projects that support digital education, ensuring that the requirements of SoM are recognised- Investigating and engaging with external digital education partners who add value to the existing SoM offer Show less This role comprises primarily of the following daily activities/responsibilities:• Responsible for managing the day to day Client Project focused tasks, with the end goal of delivering a world class programme / event anywhere around the globe.• Liaising daily with a portfolio of UK and global businesses on their individual projects.• Maintaining strong relationships with client contacts, including travelling to client HQ’s at any location in order to strengthen the bond. Communicating with people in various positions including members on the boards of Multinational organisations. • Provide close support to Executive Development Directors on all Projects, and in some instances performing their roles in absences.• Assisting with the design, and implementation of numerous systems and processes within the department as part of a change period.• Keeping detailed financial records and reviewing project budgets, as well as managing the invoicing process for each individual project.• Trained to operate a Motorsport Simulator that was developed within Cranfield University, often running evening events for various clients and students.• Contributed to the reputation of the department through continued successful project delivery – Cranfield are currently ranked within the top 10 in the world for customised executive delivery (Financial Times).• Utilised knowledge provided through Microsoft MOS accreditation to benefit the department.
