Held various roles including Inspection Field Supervisor, T & I, Welding specialist for critical welding including FCC critical welds, Senior Inspection Engineer, Corrosion Engineer and AIMS (Asset Integrity Management System) PIC (Plant Integrity Coordinator) Attended Plant Integrity Performance Index (PIPI) Audits in various Upstream and Downstream segments as a team lead.Establish and validate a Safe Zone technology to conduct open flame hot works inside the positive pressure enclosure whilst the plant is in service, received Board of Engineers (BOE) Award from Chief Engineer and ESARP (Exceptional Safety Achievement Recognition Program) from LPD.Applied and validated multi skip UT technology to detect crevice corrosion inside the pipe support.Initiated the possibility of using Thermography to detect CUI to Aramco R&DC, which led to the development of DCUI (Detection of CUI) using Thermography and Machine Learning, this technology won ADIPEC award along with publishing a Paper titled "A Machine Learning based Approach for Predicting and Detecting the Corrosion Under Insulation" Co-author.Ensure all staff understand the barrier concept and led Jeddah (JR) & Jazan Refinery (JZR) AIMS Awareness sessions and Led the On-Stream Inspection (OSI), SAP application of inspection of facilities (SAIF) also Led the JZR AIMS development as PIC and delivered AIMS dashboard. Later leading the Performance Acceptance Coordinator (PAC) for the start up and running of the 400 MBD refinery and associated 4 GW IGCC power plant. Past 15 months main focus in supporting the operations and Mechanical Engineering for the post startup incl refinery utilities, HCK, DHT, NHT/CCR, ISOM, PSA, GTU, Tank Farm, SRU, Pipeway & F, MTU and IGCC Gasification, STG, and solve the performance acceptance deficiency issues (PDI) by leading the development of design packages.
