Collaborated with project administrators to perform column analysis to identify shortcomings in research phases. Manually followed up with 200+ study participants to ensure smooth processes on all ends. Researched the effect of mind intervention techniques on brain gray matter volume in Alzheimer ’s-prone women. Presented analysis to Harvard and Beth Israel faculty.

  Analyzed multiple sclerosis (MS) by breeding mice to create knock-out modules of strains MIR-486, TLR4, and miR-30e. Genotyped mice to identify those of interest and induced MS in offspring. Grasped advanced cell isolation and culture techniques such as gel electrophoresis. Performed RNA isolation and cDNA preparation. Maintained proper note-keeping and lab book management, including disease score sheets and data tables. Submitted grant proposal to the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
