Facilitated tournament sign-ups, Tabroom accounts, and weekly practices. Weekly practices and ~15 tournaments yearly. Competed on both local and national circuits in a variety of events, ranging from interpretation to platform speaking.

      Obtained patients' medical history and took vitals. Assisted doctors and nurses in performing ultrasounds and EKGs. Intricately observed surgeries, emergency procedures/surgeries, physiotherapy sessions, and check-ups. Facilitated smooth logistical processes in the intensive care unit. Independently designed free medical camps in rural, low-income areas by setting up 15+ tents and providing for 500+ patients. Doctors still continue my initiative today.

      Thoracic malignancy and melanoma focused. Analyzed 120+ PET scans, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRIs. Discussed diagnostic vs. interventional styles of care with oncologists. Learned different cancer treatments such as chemotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, and hormone therapy. Gained immersive experience in patient care, standard and advanced clinical procedures, and diagnoses.       Researched the effect of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya yoga on interpersonal relationships. Implemented an app for 450+ surveys. Researched the effect of mind intervention techniques on brain gray matter volume in Alzheimer ’s-prone women. Presented analysis to Harvard and Beth Israel faculty.

      Analyzed multiple sclerosis (MS) by breeding mice to create knock-out modules of strains MIR-486, TLR4, and miR-30e. Genotyped mice to identify those of interest and induced MS in offspring. Grasped advanced cell isolation and culture techniques such as gel electrophoresis. Performed RNA isolation and cDNA preparation. Maintained proper note-keeping and lab book management, including disease score sheets and data tables. Submitted grant proposal to the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
