Achievement: being able to establish cooperation with the “Bahasa Booster” platform that can develop the staff’s English capabilities. Festival Ilmiah Ekonomi Syariah “FALAH”• The biggest event in Association of Sharia Economic Studies (AcSES), consisting of webinar with 300 participants, essay competition, and a poster competition.• Responsible for conceptualizing the events and managing all event set-up.• Communicate with all the stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.• Achievement: has a 50% increase in participants over the previous years.
