Alyson's ascent to this newly created COWI Marine role is the culmination of nine years spent providing outstanding general administrative and project support to staff in our East Coast offices. Throughout her time with OCC and COWI Marine, Alyson has consistently delivered exceptional project support services on numerous East Coast projects and, while assisting COWI Marine's Quality Management processes, was instrumental in helping to create an integrated QMS for the merged company. Through these experiences, Alyson cultivated strong relationships within our organization and gained an understanding of project management principles as they relate to our engineering practices. Since the beginning, Checking For Charity has been committed to not only raising as much money as possible for charity but also to putting on the most competitive and professional tournaments and events, raising over $194,000 for numerous worthy charitable organizations by 2015. The organization has put on seven tournaments since 2009 and has expanded to both coasts. The Checking For Charity team is now looking to expand our organization nationally by partnering with anyone interested in putting on a charity hockey tournament.
