  Provided Windows with build support for the Windows (ARM Platform) and Windows (x86 and x64) platforms. Key focus was insuring that Silicon Partners received appropriate builds and tool support. Managed the release process and moved from a monthly process to a weekly release which provided all Partners with appropriate updates to the OS and Development Tools improvements. Identified automation opportunities and assisted Development Support Team in implementing the automation of the release packages. Monitored for issues and resolved those issues with Developers and Feature Teams.Designed and maintained a SharePoint Release Report to keep Microsoft Feature Teams aware of what was currently available to the key Partners.Maintained relationships with Microsoft Feature and Tool Teams to insure the appropriate tools were made available to Partners (WDK, SDK, ADK, ISOKIT, KSTRESS, POWER, WHCK). Identified issues and worked to resolve them quickly.   Tasked with management of all Patent and Trademark activity for the company. It provides a system for managing inventor ideas from inception through final approval. The system includes databases for all elements of the process. Managed the existing interface and system and implemented improvements. A new Inventor Portal was released successfully to Beta and integrated with the existing servers. Version 1.0 released on time. Significantly improved requirements gathering and reduced information gathering efforts three-fold.Implemented improvements in issue triage and development priorities. Where appropriate, provide fixes to the Engineering Team. Monitor Test activity and prioritize test runs to improve feedback on feature development and bug fixes.Provide status to Senior Management on a weekly basis. Promote enhancements and manage implementation with Development and IT Support (India).
