      My main responsibilities dealt with the running of the monthly escrow analysis. I would review and correct any problems with in that months mass analysis prior to statements being sent to the customers. Within a years time I would have reviewed and corrected the full Leader Mortgage portfolio, which was approximately 150,000 loans. As a Senior Customer Service and Collection Representative my responsibilities included taking inbound calls for customer service and making outbound calls for collections. I handled collection calls on 30, 60, and 90 delinquent accounts. I was an active member on The Leader Mortgage Company Fun Committee. The purpose of the committee is to help promote fun, excitement, and unity within the company.My final responsibilities were to train other representatives within my department on escrow analysis procedures.
