  As the Senior Student Manager for Competitive Sports, I hold a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the Competitive Sports department. My responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks, including participation in bi-weekly meetings alongside other Campus Recreation SSMs. These meetings serve as a platform for us to deliberate on crucial topics such as our Student Accountability plan, the establishment of campus recreation dress codes, and the coordination of staff appreciation events.Additionally, my role extends to efficiently scheduling up to 60 student staff members on a weekly basis through the utilization of WhenToWork. I actively contribute to the facilitation of various presentations, covering essential subjects like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), career readiness skills, and training intramural sports officials.Furthermore, I am deeply involved in the oversight and management of intramural and club sport programs through IMLeagues. My leadership is instrumental in supervising and guiding the Competitive Sports office staff to ensure the seamless functioning of the department. Show less
