  Proactive Applications Work: Either independently or as part of a team, researched and developed food product applications for the Nu-Soya soy ingredient range (flakes, grits and flour) and Nu-Mega’s Omega-3 ingredients. Applications were generated to exhibit the ingredient’s functionality and versatility, and to develop knowledge of the product’s technical benefits and challenges. As a long-term member of the Technical Team my role was to encourage a quality focused culture, and to maintain site compliance with the Quality and Food Safety Management System (QMS). Supported Project Managers to launch short shelf life, seasonal products across 4 manufacturing facilities. The product range included ready to eat salads and cook chill products.
