    MEP & Project Management Leader | Digital Construction Advocate | 25+ Years Across India & Middle East Senior MEP leader with 26+ years of experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure projects across India and the Middle East. Currently serving as Senior Vice President – Corporate Head MEP, leading enterprise-wide MEP strategy, governance, and execution for complex developments. My expertise spans MEP design validation, construction management, budgeting, procurement, testing & commissioning, and asset handover, with hands-on leadership across super-tall residential towers, luxury developments, airports, and convention centres. I have led MEP delivery for the large-scale projects in India and the Middle East, including airports, hospitals, residential and commercial buildings, and luxury developments. A core focus of my work has been digital transformation of MEP across the full asset lifecycle—from design and coordination (BIM-led workflows) to construction execution, commissioning, and maintenance-ready handovers. I have driven the standardization and digitalisation of MEP processes, ensuring traceability, quality assurance, and operational sustainability. Equally important to me is capability building. I have conceptualized and implemented structured e-learning platforms for MEP services, developing SOPs, training modules, and learning videos that enable consistent delivery, knowledge retention, and scalable team performance across projects and geographies. I believe MEP leadership is about orchestrating complexity, not managing headcount—creating safe, efficient, and future-ready systems while strengthening people, processes, and technology.
