      Summer Internship

      This paid summer internship focused on all the behind-the-scenes knowledge and situations involved with running a restaurant company. Jobs included looking at the environmental impact of recycling the oil used in the chain's 20+ restaurants, bookkeeping, observing and participating in board meetings, looking at trends and social media in order to boost customers and also reviewing customer comment cards in order to fix issues.
