Working collaboratively with the MPS Academic Team and school site leaders, we effectively managed instructional needs, ensuring a rigorous curriculum that consistently elevated academic outcomes. Through targeted STEM integration, our schools achieved significant improvements, particularly in STEAM programs and college and career readiness, as recognized by the CA Accountability system.I prioritized continuous professional development for team members, with a focus on principals and emerging leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Implementation of systems such as Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and the establishment of Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) positions enhanced communication and instructional coherence across our district.Additionally, I ensured seamless renewals and adeptly managed authorizer oversight, expansion, and growth programs, demonstrating a dedication to sustained educational excellence. Despite challenges, including navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, our collaborative efforts ensured the continued success of our schools, maintaining a steadfast commitment to academic excellence and student well-being. I also forged strategic partnerships with colleges to expand early college access opportunities, enhancing student pathways to success.
