      Worked for Three Disease Fund (3DF) as Sub-Recipient and the Global Fund to fight AIDS/HIV, TB, Malaria (GFATM) as Sub-RecipientAs a medical central warehouse in-charge, the key responsibilities are stock management as well as warehouse management and monitoring to field warehouse. Stock management include reporting, consumption analysis and forecasting the commodities for next year usage. Keep the warehouse in safe and secure manner due to organizational Standard Drug Storage Principle. Provide technical guidance to field warehouse in-charge regarding with warehouse management. Achievements: Developed the PGK Principles for Storage with the guidance of M&E Manager. Created the Checklist to conduct monitoring visit to field warehouses.       Worked for the Global Fund to fight AIDS/HIV, TB, Malaria (GFATM) as Principal Recipient ● Focal to assess/monitor Partner’s supply chain management system at central/site level to ensure that their PSM activities are following Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP)● Upgraded pharmaceutical supply chain management tools to strength PSM activities● Supported PSM team in maintaining adequate In-Country QA system.Achievement: Conducted supply chain monitoring and supervision visit to 91 storage places including 64 warehouses, 12 clinic pharmacies and 15 villages where malaria village volunteers were implement case management activities. Assisted managers for Yr 2014 and Yr 2015 PSM forecasting for GFATM grants for all Sub-recipients working on HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria. Also participated in reviewing and analyzing quarterly and annual stock reports (around 80 reports per quarter) by sub-recipients during PU/DR reporting period. Managed a small project of capacity building of all partners’ warehouse focal by giving Supply Chain Management training; total 120 staff in 7 different location within 3 months.Have started and developed Warehouse network database system and up-to-date data flat sheet for 18 Sub-Recipients who are implementing with the support of GFATM. Managed to Print out the “Warehouse Network under SCI-GF Map” with the collaboration of Myanmar Information Management Unit in 2015. Updated the checklists for warehouse assessment and developed the other checklists to use in monitoring the supply chain of clinic pharmacy and village volunteer.       Worked for the Global Fund to fight AIDS/HIV, TB, Malaria (GFATM) as Principal Recipient In close collaboration with PSM managers and other PSM team members, ● Responsible for in-country supply chain monitoring and Compliance, supervising the overall management of partners’ supply chain monitoring activities including storage and distribution activities, compliance of those activities with good PSM practices● Reviewing the budget related to warehousing activities and utilizationAchievements: Initiated the Warehouse Strengthening Project plan for Sub-Recipients which was budgeted over 1 million USD from reprogramming. Supported SRs to set-up with the minimum required warehouse equipment in accordance with standard guideline that include back-up generator, air-conditioner, dehumidifier, voltage regulator, Temperature and Humidity Monitoring device (LogTag), ice-line refrigerator, cold box and ice packs, etc. Conducted monitoring and supervision visit to 9 storage places; 4 medical warehouses, 1 clinic pharmacy, 4 ICMVs sites.       Working for the Global Fund to fight AIDS/HIV, TB, Malaria (GFATM) as Principal Recipient In close collaboration with PSM Senior manager, Key accountabilities are● Ensuring the availability of high quality medical commodities to support HIV, TB and malaria program implementation● Leading the team managing Forecasting, Stock, Supportive Supervision Visits ensuring adequate flow/traceability of the goods in the supply chain● Representing SCI for PSM matter at country level (WHO, MOH, USAID) and managing PSM Donor Reporting for GFATM program. Stock reports/ Price and Quality Reporting (PQR) database reports● Building capacity of PR and SR staff capacity in supply chain managementAchievements: While the whole QA process of Global Fund project supply chain was handed over to new staff, I also managed the In-country Supply Chain team in order to perform well on all activities as planned. Participated the national level workshop of 2020 forecasting and quantification and National Supply Chain Strategic Planning Workshop by providing technical support. Submitted the 2020 Forecasting to the donor all HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria which is total 22 grants with all commodities worth estimated 3.4 million USD. Provided “how to conduct visual inspection” training to the forwarder level staff and at partner’s level. Conducted four Investigation visits to the sites where happened Temperature excursion event (minus temperature) in their cold chain system. Developed Guideline for the Management of ICMV Stock (Integrated Community Malaria Volunteer) together with Malaria Program team, and sole responsible for translated whole guideline into Myanmar Language. Started PR level sampling project, samples to be collected from final destinations like ICMV level of very hard to reach by MM FDA, and provided training to the pharmacists from PSM team. Started the new approach of sampling plan according to QA manual and assisted in RFQ process for detail method of analysis. All QC tests are complied with the requirements in 2018. Show less
