  Lead the contamination department at Tierra, overseeing environmental site assessments, regulatory compliance, and contamination evaluations. Manage all aspects of Level I and II Contamination Screening Evaluation Reports and Project Development & Environment (PD&E) studies in accordance with Chapter 20 of FDOT’s PD&E Manual. Responsible for scope development, budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, assignment to project managers, and senior technical review of all reports. Serve as Tierra’s Environmental Professional, reviewing and signing all Phase I ESA reports. Manage all Tierra's contamination assessment and remediation projects for petroleum products, cattle dip vats, metals, and other contaminants for private and municipal clients. Facilitate regulatory interactions with FDEP, municipal agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and environmental risk management. Supervise and mentor a team of six professionals. Show less
